Thank you for supporting Yungfika! As a small creator-owned business, each order helps directly support our content and projects. We appreciate your support and want to make sure your experience is as smooth as possible.

Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for eligible items.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be unused and in original condition
  • Item must be returned in its original packaging when possible
  • Proof of purchase or order number is required

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

Please include:

  • Order number
  • Photos of the item
  • Description of the issue

We will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible through replacement, store credit, or refund when appropriate.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

Shipping costs are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Preorders

Some items may be sold as preorders. Estimated shipping dates are provided when available but may change due to manufacturing, production, or shipping delays.

Preorder cancellations may be accepted before fulfillment begins. Once fulfillment starts, preorder items may no longer be eligible for cancellation.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items may not be eligible for return:

  • Digital products
  • Gift cards
  • Opened consumables
  • Personalized or custom-made items
  • Mystery items (unless damaged or defective)

International Orders

International customers may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or related fees imposed by their country.

Shipping times may vary depending on destination and customs processing.
